Canine Overnight Boarding Camp

Dog Boarding at Elena’s Barking Lot is year-round Canine Overnight Boarding Camp offered 365 days a year. This is a nontraditional, structured environment where dogs enjoy supervised social time in two large outdoor play yards surrounded by a six-foot cedar fence, plus an indoor playroom for small dogs and inclement weather.

Daily rates are all-inclusive and include morning and afternoon play sessions. There are no additional charges for daily playtime.

Overnight Camp Rates:
- Single dog: $40 per day
- Puppies under 20 weeks: $35 per day
- Two dogs: $70 per day
- Three dogs: $100 per day

The rate begins on the day of check-in. If your pet is picked up during morning checkout hours, there is no charge for the final day. Afternoon pickup is billed as a boarding day.

Boarding Requirements

All new clients must complete the following prior to booking boarding:

• Proof of current Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations
• Vaccines must be administered at least 7 days prior if not current
• Referral from a previous daycare or boarding facility where your dog interacted with other dogs
• Completed new client registration form and waiver
• All dogs over one year of age must be spayed or neutered

Under PACFA law, medications must be in their original pharmacy container with clearly readable directions. A $5.00 per day fee applies for administering medications, including prescription, over-the-counter, holistic remedies, and supplements.

What To Bring For Overnight Stay

Required:
• Vaccination records
• Food bowl
• Food in a hard, airtight container with lid (no bags or baggies)
• Feeding instructions attached to the container
• Snug fitted collar
• Leash attached to flat collar

Optional:
• Bed, blanket, or item that smells like home
• Toys or comfort items
• Treats in airtight container
• Medications in original container

Our office is closed for boarding check-ins and check-outs on Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.

Open Door Policy

Tuesday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 10:00 am and 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, owners may temporarily pick up their pet for hikes, dog park visits, or outings and return them during those hours.

Cancellation Policy

Boarding cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to reservation date.
Less than 48 hours notice will result in an invoice for two nights stay.
No-show boarding reservations will be invoiced for two boarding days.

Unpaid invoices result in no future services provided.
