All new daycare clients must complete the following prior to booking:

• Proof of current Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations
• Vaccines must be administered at least 7 days prior if not current
• Referral from a previous daycare or boarding facility where your dog interacted with other dogs
• Completed new client registration form and waiver
• All dogs over one year of age must be spayed or neutered

(We reserve the right to deny service for intact dogs under one year old if they exhibit adult hormonal behaviors.)

What To Bring For Daycare

• Copy of vaccination records
• Snug fitted collar that cannot slip over ears
• Short, controlled leash upon arrival

Food is not required for standard daycare unless specifically discussed in advance.
